Since 1995, the self governing Library offers to the anglophone and francophone population of Richmond and Cleveland a collection of about 12 000 volumes (for adults, adolescents and children, as well as a vast choice of periodicals.

The Library is located in the Community Centre  (820, Gouin), right next the Arena P.E. Lefebvre.

New this year Melbourne County and Ulverton have joined our Library, and for a trial period of 1 year the cost for these residents will be 25$ instead of 100$
